Hi Paul I wish to write a short note to convey again my thanks for the excellent service from yourself and the rest of the team.

I have had some experience with ordering a bespoke frame both here in Singapore and in London. The speed, product knowledge and can do attitute from yourself was impressive. In addition, I was kept reguarly up to date as to progress.

Of course, Mr Zullo’s turnaround was very fast especially compared to other bespoke frame makers which helped and the photographs tracking progress are an excellent touch.

I was also impressed with the level of service from a quick fitting session to make sure the frame size was right, including several rounds of emails with Zullo and complementry (and speedy) labour to transfer over the exisitng components from my old frame.

As for the bike, it is simply a joy. It has all the attributes that one would seek – light (for steel), stiff, responsive, etc. Its very stable and yet agile. Strangely from the first minute it was if I had been riding it all my life. Paint job is absolutely first rate. Without doubt, the Rolls Royce of bicycles.
