Shop and 2014 Cervelo P5 Review by Ben Idle

I’ve been a customer of Paul and the team at BikesnBites for about 3 years now. I first approached them due to a warranty replacement for my Cervelo R3, another dealer had been really unhelpful so I wasn’t optimistic when I spoke to Paul. Within minutes Paul had reassured me that the issue was covered by Cervelo, was in contact with them and quickly ordered me a replacement. While this was arriving he kept in contact and when it was clear that there was a shortage of R3s in my size offered me an R5 at a really attractive price. He then rebuilt the bike and handed it over.

Since then I’ve used BikesnBites for servicing and the quality of workmanship from the mechanics has been great and I couldn’t be happier.

More recently I decided to purchase a TT bike. Paul arranged a fitting and then spent time with me working through the right choice. I ended up with a great deal on a Cervelo P5. It is a beautiful bike, it fits me perfectly and I love riding it.

The reason I keep going back to Paul and the team is they truly like to understand what you are looking for, there is no hard sell, just great customer service and providing you with what you need. As I told Paul I’ve visited many of the bike shops in Singapore and the service I receive from him and his team is by far the best in my opinion.
