Recommendation SQUEEZY ENERGY DRINK

Recommended intake of energy drinks during sportsDuring sports we recommend to drink 750 ml per hour.

Depending on mixing ratio this corresponds to an amount of carbohydrates of 45 – 56 g.

Dosage: Mix 4-5 tablespoons of powder (50 g) with 750 ml of water.
