So should I buy or not? ……..
Having thought about it for about 3 months , I finally made up my mind to ” invest” in a pair of Gokiso road wheels. As I am a value conscious buyer, I settled for the cheapest end of the range.

So was it worth the investment?
Definitely… I used a tubular before and the feel is different.
On the first ride, I felt that it was a little bouncy as the tubular I had been using had a somewhat closer feel on the road. However, the roll on Gokiso was really impressive. I am not a strong rider so I tend to get dropped as I ride with a fast group. These Gokiso wheels help me to stay with the pack–the down hills and flats give me the second chance to catch up after I get dropped on the climbs.  On the flats I have hit a maximum speed of 47 km/hr— something I haven’t achieved before.

They also have a 10 year warranty on the hubs and a 1 year warranty on the rims.

So if you are looking for a fast set of wheels, you know where to get it………..
